Saman Bank twin towers
Saman Faraz Towers project has been designed with 162,000 square meters in 50 floors. One of the most important features of this structure is its high height and complex architecture. This complex includes 9 floors of parking in basements -9 to 1, ground floor, mezzanine, commercial and service floors on floors 1 to 3 and two office towers, each including 35 office floors and upper floors 39 to 40 with utility use.
The employer of this project is Saman Bank and its contractor and executor is Behnad Bana Development and Construction Company
The twin towers of Saman Faraz have been selected as the best concrete project. The tower facility was designed by the energy consulting engineers in 2013 and the monitoring of the facility implementation is still ongoing. For this tower, advanced and modern systems of mechanical, electrical and BMS installations have been designed so that the tower can obtain LEED certification
